Stop Jamming My Mailbox With Junk!

Posted by on Nov 6, 2022 in Blog, Politics, Rants and Raves, Video 1 | 1 comment

Here’s my short rant on the eve of the 2022 midterm election.

How about this — let’s ban paper-wasting mailbox-stuffing junk political mailers!

Question:  Has even one of these free dustpan sweeps (because that’s really all they’re good for) ever changed anyone’s vote?

Encore Presentation:  Just minutes after posting this, I went out to my mailbox on Saturday. More political mailers!  Oh, and we already voted three days ago!

My Opinion on the Fetterman-Oz Pennsylvania Senate Race

“It just goes to show how excruciatingly awful a candidate Mehmet Oz is that he’s neck-a-neck in a tight race with a Democratic candidate who most closely resembles Lurch from ‘The Munsters,’ carrying the full baggage of high inflation, linked to an unpopular president, apparently lacks a sense of humor, struggles to form coherent sentences, and looks like he just came from the gym. 2022 NFL Analysis and Picks (Week 9)

This week’s “Best Seat in the House” award belongs to Bob Jones.

Bob went the distance to get this view. He attended last Sunday’s NFL in London game at Wembley Stadium, between Denver and Jacksonville.

In previous weeks, Scott Byron (New York Giants-CLICK HERE), Bruce Kramer (Philadelphia Eagles-CLICK HERE), Noah Carbone (Miami Dolphins-CLICK HERE), Jason March (Las Vegas Raiders-CLICK HERE), and Linda Kenney Baden/Dr. Michael Baden (New York Jets-CLICK HERE) each shared their seat views.  Photos were posted here in the weekly write-ups.

Note that anyone reading this can send a picture from their seats and I might use it in an upcoming report (email me directly at nolandalla.com, or send a message via Facebook).  I have the next two weeks covered — thanks to those who sent pics.

As for my analysis and picks, I hope you enjoy the weekly analysis and picks. It’s been a great run, so far.  I have a few more comments about the release of games and my writings, which you can read below.

Now, it’s on to NFL Week 9.

THE CRAZY WOMAN WON

Remember that memorable great American moment that happened 14 years ago when then-presidential candidate John McCain, a lifelong Republican, grabbed the microphone from the crackpot bigot in the middle of a campaign rally?

Why do so many people vote Republican, when they oppose almost everything we believe in?

HELP ME OUT HERE, BECAUSE I DON’T GET IT

“If I polled my Republican contacts, they would be against what the GOP stands for right now, by a wide majority. The numbers wouldn’t even be close.”
