Brunello is new. They opened about a month ago. We made a maiden visit to the nouveau-classic Italian eatery earlier this afternoon. Based on the high quality of food, reasonable pricing, and exquisite service, it will likely be the first of many more visits to come. Brunello was an absolute gem.

Here’s a photo I took yesterday of a massive apartment building under construction here in Las Vegas.
All over our city, we see similar projects being built. Dozens of buildings with thousands of new units are rising from the desert valley. Moreover, a record number of single-family homes have been constructed this year all over the city. We’re experiencing a building boom. [see footnote below]

I see no point in going on an angry tirade right now.
Perhaps that’s due to a combination of election fatigue and the cynicism of our worst-fears now come true.
However, one thing I will pledge here and now is — unlike the other side four years ago — we won’t be flinging baseless falsehoods about “voter fraud” or storming the United States Capitol in a riot trying to subvert the democratic process and overthrow the government.
