One scene at a time, we matured along with Rob Reiner’s indelible movie and television portrayals, his unique insights shone through words and emotions, and his astounding cavalcade of side-splitting comedy dating back more than half a century. Individually and collectively, he helped to make us who we are.

I can’t believe I’m having to write this. Not in the year 2025. Not in this country. This is not normal. I mean, it shouldn’t be normal. Ever. Especially not in this day and age. But it is.
Cruelty has become normal.
I don’t care about those many millions who are ignorant, not do I care about their racism. I really don’t. Hate can easily be dismissed — though never ignored. Pretending ignorance and racism doesn’t exist is dangerous. History proves that, as America has always overflowed with mass ignorance and overt racism — often masked as patriotism — whether the 1700s, 1800s, 1900s, or sadly even now in the 2000s. We can argue about progress that’s been made and how far we’ve come collectively speaking, or the lack thereof. We can also debate the ways to improve education and diminish racism. We can even discuss the many reasons for ignorance and racism.
What I do know is — it’s impossible to defeat when it comes from THE TOP.

Whatever slimy details are burrowed therein, the remaining “evidence” isn’t trustworthy. Not anymore. Can anyone really trust the hand-picked sycophantic inner-circle of blind loyalists inside Trump’s DOJ to allow any dirt on their boss to surface? Does anyone really expect to discover a hidden treasure drove of legitimate materials related to sex crimes by Jeffrey Epstein and all those who willfully participated and enabled a decade of abuses?
The Trumpstein Files are now in the process of being scrubbed so clean it’s gonna’ read like Dr. Seuss wrote it. According to the bill that was just signed mandating the release, the Orange House now has 30-days to redact, block, strike out, delay, alter, and/or obliterate ANY evidence that might possibly link Trump to any wrongdoing. THIRTY DAYS!
Fortunately, most Americans will know when they’ve ordered steak of the menu and then get served a heaping pile of bullshit. What in the hell is this? This isn’t what we ordered.
