You laughed at me for driving a Honda Civic Hybrid that gets 40 miles/gallon. You ridicule people who own a Toyota Prius. You lied about wind energy and dismissed solar power. Then, you went out and bought a $65,000 monster-ass truck with mag wheels that gets 12 miles to the gallon. And NOW, you expect me to listen to you bitching about rising gas prices?

So, you’re pissed off at $5 a gallon gas. I totally get it. But what I don’t understand is why you blame this guy while the six biggest oil corporations in the world earned a whopping record $172 billion in profits while gouging American consumers. Sure, it’s easy to blame the guy you see. But the real problem is those you don’t see, secretly screwing the public behind the scenes, with their greedy hands deep in your pockets, and needles in your arms bleeding you dry.
