Where’s Trump’s Plan to Reduce Inflation?

Here’s a Hint: His Plan Doesn’t Exist.

– Maybe Trump’s inflation plan is hidden next to his AMERICAN INFRASTRUCTURE PLAN (….which never happened).

– Perhaps his plan is filed away someplace along with Trump’s PLAN TO MAKE MEXICO PAY FOR THE BORDER WALL (….which never happened).

– Maybe his plan is in the same lost folder with Trump’s PLAN TO REPLACE THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT (…..which never happened).

– Perhaps his plan is swirling inside Trump’s imagination along with his bogus DRUG PRICE REDUCTION PLAN (…..which never happened).

– Maybe his plan somehow got misplaced along with hundreds of top secret documents beneath Trump’s revised CLIMATE ACCORD PLAN (….which never happened).

– Perhaps his plan is laying in a giant pile of Big Mac wrappers next to Trump’s PLAN TO BALANCE THE FEDERAL BUDGET (…..instead, he blew the deficit to all-time record highs).

Or maybe, just maybe — HE HAS NO PLAN.

His plan DOES NOT EXIST.

And, how could it? None of those other “plans” ever existed, and today nothing’s different.

A few questions:

(1) Does anyone really think Trump has been studying economics? I surmise the only reading he’s done over the last 4 years involves ceaseless piles of lawsuits, subpoenas, and legal judgements brought on my his own corruption and stupidity. And, it’s doubtful he even reads legal stuff, since his recent “press conferences” demonstrate that he’s devolved into a pitiful thin-skinned wrecking ball of rambling self-obsession.

(2) When would Trump have any time to come up with a plan to reduce inflation? I surmise that since he left office in disgrace 39 months ago following a failed attempted insurrection, he’s been swirling through the countless revolving doors of dingy courthouses…..gabbing with his shitty, ethically-bankrupt lawyers…..trying to avoid a barrage of additional lawsuits…..concealing criminal evidence…..being exposed as guilty of rape in a civil lawsuit…..stiffing innumerable contractors…..cheating badly at golf…..whining constantly about an election he lost by a whopping 7 million votes…..savagely attacking and insulting anyone who expresses any contrary opinions…..hoarding America’s top secret documents in his unlocked bathroom (for who knows what dubious purpose?)…..praising murderous dictators like Putin…..hawking gag gift-like $399 sneakers marketed to suckers bronzed in fool’s gold (none of which have been delivered yet)……pimping $60 Bibles to brainwashed Christian nationalists……stacking the RNC with family members and sycophants who are already syphoning off money for his legal troubles……and continuing to beg millions of dumb-as-dirt MAGA dopes for more money — EVERY SINGLE DAY. Oh, and lately, he’s been falling asleep in court while sharting himself.

Hey, at least the man’s been “keeping busy.”

Fact is, and the record shows–Trump hasn’t spent a nano-second on economics, inflation, gas prices, or anything that impacts American working-class people.

Why would Trump have a PLAN TO REDUCE INFLATION? This is a guy so inept he couldn’t make money owning a casino. A CASINO! No, make that THREE CASINOS! He went bankrupt — six times! Now, THAT’S a special kind of stupidity and skill.

Trump has no plan. If he did, he would show it, and then we’d still be skeptical given his abominable track record while in office.

Footnote Fact: Inflation in recent years has many causes, most of them tied to global economics, natural cycles, and a perpetual rise in all costs over time. Whoever occupies the White House isn’t one of the causes–no matter who it is, Biden or Trump.
