WHAT TRUMP’S LEGAL MESS REALLY MEANS

He’s lost the legal case.  His 2024 presidential run is his appeal.

Right now, Trump faces 91 criminal indictments and countless civil lawsuits. He’s GUILTY of most of the charges. There’s some chance he could end up in prison.

Accordingly, given he has almost no judicial options and can’t defend himself with facts, Trump’s “legal strategy” entirely consists of a political appeal with his cult of supporters, which means running again for President in 2024.

If he wins, on Day One that means weaponing every single federal agency and red state flunky functionary while pressuring every Trump confederate to extract maximum revenge.

This is purely an ego-driven Hail Mary. He cares absolutely NOTHING about working class people or real issues facing Americans. He loathes even those who vote for him. That’s all a matter of record, even corroborated by most of his former hand-picked staffers, who all say he’s a con man. Everything connected to Trump 2024 presidential political campaign is a sign of utter desperation.

On Jan. 20, 2025, if Trump is back in the White House in the Oval Office, his mind-boggling multitude of crimes get expunged and he rules as America’s first dictator. If Trump loses the ’24 election, he instantly becomes a five-time popular vote loser (including midterms) and a convicted felon.

This is what’s behind everything we’re seeing in the NYC courtroom today.

Legally, he’s toast.  Politically, he hopes to become the toaster.
