What kind of sick sycophantic stooges *celebrate* the looming mass cancellations of longtime-running popular television programs like Sesame Street and Nova?

Seriously! Look at what this sick and demented society has become. These MAGA Trumpsters are some really twisted and perverted fucks. Openly cheering the cancellation of science and children’s educational programming? Really??? Hell, they drool at taking food out of the mouths of hungry schoolchildren (school lunches being slashed) and apparently don’t give a rat’s ass that Trump and his rich friends have doodled hundreds and perhaps thousands of teenagers (Epstein/Trump Files) ——- so what’s the big freakin’ deal about losing a kid’s TV show? So typical of MAGA depravity.

There are no words. But, I’l try to sling a few choice comments here and now.

If you can stomach the grotesque ignorance from Trump’s clown base, check out the mass public comments section here littering social media. Look at the vile attacks on PBS and the neanderthal spiking-the-ball celebrations of this mass cult after PBS announced they will shut down operations that LBJ and a bipartisan congress initially launched and funded for 60 years. Many public television stations will be shuttered.

MAGA morons claim that PBS is biased. Liberal. Oh, really? I’ll bet serious money that I’ve watched *more* PBS programming than 99 percent of you. All I see each day and night is programming slanted towards patriotism, religion, and so-called “traditional values.” Liberal, my ass. Most of these knuckle-draggers who criticize NEVER watch educational programing. Or science. Or history. That’s obvious just by listening to them. I do, and the depth of programming on this public television station has consistently been in line with American interests–perhaps overly so. If anything, this has always been a *conservative* viewpoint on most topics. By conservative, I mean a reinforcement of a traditional American viewpoint. Flags. Religion. So-called American exceptionalism. These have ALL been PBS pillars for years.

So, you’re proud now that PBS is being gutted. Congratulations! You just saved 2 cents a week as a typical American taxpayer. Fuck you.

Yeah, really great job, you MAGA morons. You killed off all the great patriotic shows that are carried live from the Washington Mall on the major holidays. Three and four hour live concerts with the troops and that are in the public interest. I watched them all, commercial free. Every year. I even attended many of those events when I lived and worked in Washington. Memorial Day. 4th of July. Veterans Day. 3 or 4 hours straight, uninterrupted. I guess that’s “liberal” hearing the music and watching “America the Beautiful” being sung so brilliantly. You know, Gary Sinise the actor hosting each year. *That* Communist.

You killed off “Nova” on PBS, the great weekly program about advances in science. I don’t know much about science and technology, but that show taught me lots of things and made learning fun. You axed it. Nice going, you anti-science cultists.

You even killed off several religious well-done documentaries that are excellent that run during the holiday season every year. I’m an atheist and don’t believe any of that sky daddy bullshit. But I want to learn about religion and it’s impact on history. I watched The Story of Jesus on PBS at least four times, and tune in each and every year, and now that’s gone. So is the Vatican mass at midnight every Christmas. Nice going, Trumpsters.

You say you like “impartial” news, but then you never once watched The McNeil-Lehrer News Hour that ran for 35 years on PBS. Your head was buried in the anal crevice of a Fox bimbo and bloviating Trump flunky. You say you want “unfiltered” news, but you never tuned into Washington Week in Review on PBS either, which was an unbiased news program with no opinions or editorials. Face it, you’re a fraud. You WANT junk food news. You are addicted to it. Like a junkie.

Indeed, you’d rather glue your pea brain to Fox, or worse–NewsMax. And here you are cheering the end of straight forward news. Shame on you, but you have no shame.

Congratulations! You may have killed off Ken Burns’ and his excellent historical award-winning documentaries, programming which has given us all a much broader understanding of this nation and it’s people and history — including topics like the American Civil War and the game of baseball and country music. I loved those shows, and now you dance on their grave. PBS made all of those great show happen.

Oh, and live concerts on TV are dead. All except for Austin City Limits, which is a PBS staple that’s been on the air for nearly half a century and still going strong. Trump cuts could very well kill that off, too. Nice going, MAGA scumbags. You just saved .45 cents a year. Gift it to more corporate tax cuts.

You killed off another wonderful weekly historical program that teaches people about our roots and foundations called American Experience on PBS, You killed off lots of popular children’s programming, which survey have shown are impactful to millions. Well done, now the kids will be marketed with more sugary cereal commercials.

You think this stuff will air on regular TV stations? Get real. Good luck with greedy corporations obsessed with rating points flooding every available second with garbage commercials and hoping that for-profit networks picking up public service programming and things that are important to our culture but aren’t necessarily profitable. They won’t touch these types of science and educational shows when they can easily shove another stupid sitcom into your living room and continue to bore the shit out of all of us.

Well done, MAGA — this is consistent with your ignorance and destruction. Cutting veterans benefits, slashing medical coverage, and gutting humanitarian aid while boosting the bloated defense department by a whopping 13 percent while wiping out PBS.

You dumb shits. Cheering the end of Sesame Street and celebrating the possible cancellation of Nova and Nature because of your extreme hate and blinding ignorance. I’d ask you to tune into PBS and learn something, but apparently you are beyond redemption.

In the end, I’m not the biggest loser. I’ve been able to enjoy PBS and CPB programming all of my life. The real losers are younger people, and future generations. They won’t be exposed to these shows or programming as I was, but certainly shall be bombarded with a ceaseless assembly line of grift, greed, lies, and grotesque corporate-laced materialism that continues to rot society.
