Remembering Piero Broglia (Piero’s Italian Restaurant Las Vegas)
REMEMBERING PIERO BROGLIA
If you live in Las Vegas, you certainly know Piero’s, the wonderful old-world with a new twist Italian epicenter of fine dining located on Convention Center.
I just learned that that grand patriarch Piero Broglia died, who always treated everyone like a king. That’s what made Piero’s so special. You could be anybody, and Mr. Broglia always took great care of his guests.
In fact, at Piero’s you were likely to see anybody in there on any given night. It had a vibe as a hangout for celebrities, the power elite, and even mobsters. But everyone who dined there may as well have been royalty.
When we think of the classic Las Vegas Italian restaurant, it’s doesn’t get any more authentic than Piero’s. Here’s to his family and my pledge to continue visiting and helping the legacy to continue.
That pic isn’t him. Not that I knew, but I Googled him.
