The “real crime” here is your lying fucking ass. Clickbait.

Infamous gambler? What the hell *authority* do you have on this subject? For what it’s worth, you may want to try to do about 2 minutes of research to learn that Benny Binion was never a “gambler” but was always the house. He booked a sure thing. Do you have any understanding of gambling? Serious fuck. Why don’t you try to learn something about the subject that you presumably try to write about?

This is a crusty pioneer who built Las Vegas who always gave gamblers a fair shake and created the World Series of Poker and did so much good for my city and an entertainment sector that has since been destroyed by corporations.

Fact: If every casino in Las Vegas was run by Benny Binion, or people like him, this would be so much of a better place. They sure as hell wouldn’t charge for parking and try to shake down every tourist for the last nickel in their pocket.

Wall Street squeezed all the fun out of this city and out of gambling and they are the true criminals that have ruined us.

You *really* should do your homework before maligning someone who -yes, certainly had a nefarious past in Dallas- but turned things around and became a celebrated icon in this city who is still respected decades after his death. Everyone in the gambling community and the city of Las Vegas knows that he began on the fringes as an outsider but he did more good for this city and was an honest host for gamblers like no other casino owner since.

To call him an “infamous gambler” shows astonishing stupidity. The only regret I have here is giving your garbage the attention it does not deserve.
