HAPPY 62ND, MARIETA

Today is Marieta’s 62nd birthday.

Many people don’t like others to know their age. Especially women. However, Marieta embraces her years with both acceptance and pride.

I admire that sense of reality. Sure, we all wish our body parts were a bit younger. However, let’s look at the bigger picture: All the knowledge, experiences, and memories are the best fillers in any circle of life.

Indeed, with good grapes and proper care the best wines age quite well.
