Continuing with the (modified) Martingale System, this week is the second leg of the betting progression.
We lost $2,400 last week (1 loss and 1 push), which requires increasing the wager to cover the losses, plus lock up a profit.
I really love my game today, so I’m going to hammer it like a nail. Wham! I feel so good about this play that I’m pretending it’s already won. The money’s already been spent, in fact. So, it damn well better win. After such a bad run of luck, the football gods owe me an apology win, and this game appears to be it.

The Atlanta Falcons have been my nemesis all season long, so now it’s time to fade this shit team that’s put me deep into the hole. If they have any pride left, they’ll fold up and lose another game, or at least not cover today. Atlanta hasn’t covered a spread at home in two months, losers of two of their last three at home to horrible teams, and 4 of their last 5. I’m going to fade teams in disarray and nothing indicates a turnaround today, especially against a well-coached defensive team like Minnesota, tied for first place. Minnesota looks like a super solid bet getting the field goal. I like it at +2.5 as well, but given the gravity of the wager, I want some extra insurance with the +3. Take this one to the bank as we begin to roll into the last part of the regular season. I guarantee a profit this season. I GUARANTEE IT! GO VIKINGS!
