Dallas Trip Part 1: Clyde Barrow’s Grave

 

 

CLYDE BARROW  (BONNIE AND CLYDE)

The most interesting, maybe bizarre, thing about visiting Clyde Barrow’s grave today, located here just west of Downtown Dallas is the fact that nearly a century after he was machine gunned to death, the notorious bank robber is still getting flowers. Real flowers.

And they say crime doesn’t pay.

Well, at least Clyde isn’t resting alone.

Has Gambling Lost It’s Luster?

 

 

“I think what’s interesting here is that gambling used to have an aura of exclusivity. Think Monte Carlo. Now, it’s becoming more of a stigma of the middle class. There’s more to this discussion than just a cruise ship’s policy. It’s more a question of how gambling is changing (or at least the perceptions, thereof).”
