Trump is a Monstrous and Menacing National Security Risk
TRUMP IS A MONSTOUS AND MENACING NATIONAL SECURITY RISK
Who knows what backroom deals Trump is swindling right now with Saudi Arabia, Russia, corrupt oligarchs, or anyone else who will slip him money under the table (certainly in exchange for something). Does ANYONE doubt that he’d sell our secrets to raise millions to get out of the shitshow he created through his own idiocy and incompetence? If so, let me know — I’ve got a $400 pair of gold-plated sneakers to sell you.
Fact: Donald Trump would have ZERO chance of ever being granted a security clearance by the United States Government. With his record, any “investigation” would be over in a matter of minutes. Any national security agency wouldn’t waste a second of time or money pursuing a clearance with absolutely NO possibility of being approved.
Anyone who has ever worked for the federal government, particularly in intelligence, or been granted a security clearance knows this to be true. I challenge anyone with a background in national security or military preparedness to come up with any counterargument to this statement. Once again:
Donald Trump would have ZERO chance of ever being granted a security clearance by the United States Government.
Imagine his application and the jaw dropping laughter it would trigger. A proven serial liar, hopelessly compromised on every front, incomprehensibly inept, buried in debt, hit with criminal federal charges, and now utterly desperate and despicable — Trump wouldn’t be allowed anywhere near a classified document, nor discussion of national security.
More Facts: The U.S. Government has strict policies and procedures as to who gets access to classified intelligence. And there’s no way a person with Trump’s astounding number of personal and professional failings and vulnerabilities would ever be granted a security clearance of any kind. He’d have no shot at access to any government secrets given his well-documented character flaws….his repeated business failures….his massive financial vulnerabilities….his questionable mental stability….his numerous anti-democratic public statements….his involvement in insurrection…..his civil litigation and current legal obligations….his pending state and federal charges (and crimes)….and his multitude of shady connections to dirty foreign financial interests and dictators hostile to America. Most of his closest business associates and even his own political henchmen have served time in prison.
Oh, and he’s also STOLEN classified documents, LIED about it, and repeatedly BLOCKED their attempted recovery. Any other person with his record wouldn’t be a candidate for public office — they’d be leg-cuffed to a metal table inside an interrogation room.
He’s the poster boy of IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION. It’s like Jeffrey Dahmer applying to be a chef, or John Wayne Gacy hoping to be in charge of entertainment at the kids’ birthday party. It’s like — how did this application even reach the desk? He’s the poster boy of a national security risk that screams “WARNING! DANGER!” Or, more like —- WHAT THE FUCK!?!?!? It’s doubtful ANYONE in history has ever been a worse candidate for a security clearance or a more dangerous threat to the nation than Trump.
Yet somehow, roughly 45 percent of the country thinks this guy should be President and in charge of national security. That’s not only alarming. That’s preposterous.
Many years ago, I got my “Top Secret” security clearance. The pre-employment process was intensive. The investigation into my background took 8 months. Every facet of my life was turned upside down. Investigators came out an interviewed my former teachers, work associates, fellow employees, and even ex-girlfriends (that was fun). I was fortunate and passed the scrutiny. What I do remember being a concern was my illegal gambling (with bookies). They knew about that, but still considered it a vulnerability. That just goes to show you how all background information is investigated. Fortunately, I didn’t have six bankruptcies. I didn’t pay bribes. I didn’t praise foreign dictators. I didn’t have to have 91 felony counts. I wasn’t convicted in civil court of rape. I didn’t steal money from charities. I didn’t have my university shut down for deceit. I wasn’t banned from doing business in the state of my birth. Oh and one more thing — I didn’t owe $457,394,029 (with the meter running).
At this very instant, the man who presumably could be in charge of the nation’s secrets is desperately trying to raise cash. Seriously, would you put ANYTHING past this man given his record? Answer: You know it, and I know it. He’d sell off ANYTHING to raise money and get out of debt. Hopelessly compromised and now desperate, he’d agree to any secret arrangement. He’d shake any hand to steal the deal. You see, it’s always about HIM. Everything’s about Trump. Always. All the time.
Even the possibility that Trump could be considered as the Commander in Chief of the military, and by inference the caretaker of all national intelligence should FRIGHTEN THE HELL OUT OF EVERYONE.
I don’t know why more people aren’t talking about this. Indeed, NO ONE has ever been a MORE DANGEROUS national security risk than Trump right now. That’s not a partisan nor a political opinion. Check with anyone who works on security clearances. That’s an indisputable FACT based on decades of experience, millions of security clearances investigated and granted, and professional assessments by experts as to what’s a reasonable risk versus whats a mortal danger.
Trump is mortal danger to national security.
“Trump is mortal danger to national security”….. Totally agree with you Nolan. I also find it inconceivable that once Trump is named the GOP nominee, he is able to get White House Intelligence briefings. We can only hope that that he doesn’t pay attention and/or can’t remember anything from them.
