Nittaya’s Secret Kitchen is No Longer a Secret (Restaurant Review)

Congratulations to Nittaya’s Secret Kitchen, a populat Thai restaurant in Summerlin (Las Vegas).  Business is booming.  They’ve recently moved to a new location. This is their third expansion.

We love Nittaya’s.  I think we’ve eaten here at least a hundred times over the past 10 years, but today marked our debut visit to their new location at the Pueblo shopping area — at Lake Mead and Fort Apache.

I’ve bragged about Nittaya’s for years.

The new location offers a continuation of the previous menu.  That’s a good thing.  Why mess with success!  Please– don’t change anything!  That said, the dining area is much more spacious, which will (hopefully) eliminate long wait times during busy periods which used to be a problem.

A few significant changes:  There’s a much larger outdoor seating area that should be popular in the warmer months (we sat outside today in mid-March which was gorgeous).  The inside has also made big improvements, and is much fancier than decor in the previous location.  Nittaya’s also offers live music (pianist) during happy hour and dinner on Thursdays through Saturday.  So, think more of a Thai bistro than a kitchen.

I highly recommend Nittaya’s.  Everything on the menu is delicious.  Their signature dish is a fried spinach appetizer with dipping sauce that’s amazing.
